本文介绍一种实时测量每道次轧件长度的测量系统。这种长度测量系统利用四辊轧机液压微调计算机厚度控制系统的压力检测信号,作为咬钢和抛钢识别信号。1997年投入现场使用证明:该系统具有测量准确、使用简单、维护量小等特点,能满足实时测量每道次轧件长度的工艺要求:

This paper introduces the real-time length measurement system of hot-rolled steel plates. The system takes the pressure signal of hydraulic micro-adjust of the four rollers mill for signal of steel plate entering into rolling mill and signal of steel plate out of rolling mill. Since the system was put to use on the spot in 1997 it has proved that this system has high accuracy,easy usage and less maintenance. Moreover it is able to meet technological need of real-measurement.
