摘要 目的观察肿瘤特异性肠内免疫营养物(supportan)对癌性恶病质小鼠的营养、恶病质相关细胞因子的调理作用。方法建立C57小鼠癌性恶病质模型,观察supportan对恶病质小鼠体重的影响,以及与癌性恶病质发生、发展相关的血清细胞因子如肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平变化。结果supportan能明显抑制癌性恶病质小鼠体重下降(P<0.05),显著降低血清细胞因子水平(P<0.05),与甲羟孕酮相比无显著性差异。结论supportan能明显改善小鼠癌性恶病质小鼠的营养状况,其含有的ω-3脂肪酸具有调节TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6等细胞因子水平,改善机体免疫功能。 Objective To observe the efficacy of enteral immunonutrition(supportan) on the host nutritional status and cytokines in the cancer cachexia mice. Methods The animal CC model was established by inoculating mice C57 with tumor lewis (lung adenoearcinoma). The changes of body weight and the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α, interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin- 1(IL-1) were observed in the experiment. Results Supportan could significantly inhibit the loss of body weight( P 〈 0. 05). The levels of TNF- α, IL- 1 and IL-6 decreased in the supportan group significantly( P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference between the supportan group and medroxyprogesterone(MPA) group. Conclusion Enteral immunonutirition (supportan) can improve nutritional status of the cancer cachexia mice. The activety mechanism is that ω- 3 fatty acid can ameliorate the host immune by modulating the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6.
