普乐安片氮含量测定的不确定度分析

Uncertainty Analysis on Determination of Nitrogen Content in Pulean Tablets

目的分析普乐安片氮含量测定的不确定度。方法通过建立测定普乐安片氮含量的数学模型,找出影响测定不确定度的因素,并对各个因素进行评估,由此计算合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结果合成不确定度为0.0192,扩展不确定度为0.7,普乐安片氮含量测定结果为(17.0±0.7)mg/片。结论该方法可用于普乐安片氮含量测定的不确定度分析。

Objective To analyze the uncertainty involved in the determination of nitrogen content in Pulean Tablets. Methods Through establishing the determination of nitrogen content in Pulean Tablets, the factors affecting the uncertainty were deduced. Each component of uncertainty was evaluated and calculated, from which the combined uncertainty and finally the extended uncertainty and confidence level were obtained. Results The combined uncertainty was 0. 019 2, extended uncertainty was 0.7, and the determined content of nitrogen was （17.0 ±0.7）mg· tablet^-1. Conclusion The established analytical method is applicable to the uncertainty analysis on the determination of nitrogen content in Pulean Tablets.
