摘要
本文阐述了大学生科研培训项目的起源和重要性,并就构建大学生科研培训项目的运作程序、激励机制、保障机制等方面的运行管理机制,进行了积极的有益的实践探索。
Cultivation of innovative talents is one of the important college education assignments. It is no doubt that the undergraduate research training program is a good model. At present, the operating mechanism of the undergraduate research training program is not perfect. In project operational procedures, incentive mechanism and guarantee mechanism, undergraduate research training program has been described in detail in this article. The undergraduate research training program gives fully playing role in improving the overall quality of students.
