本文论述了高校实验室人员在教学和科研中的重要作用,阐述了当前影响实验室人员素质提高,制约高校实验室发展的各种弊端,并从实验室体制、人员配置以及激励机制等方面入手,提出加强实验室人员素质培养的一些主要措施。

This paper discusses the important roles of the laboratory personnel at colleges and universities in teaching and researching. It explains the disadvantages that influence the quality of laboratory personnel and constrain development of university laboratories. It proposes to enhance some key measures for the quality of laboratory personnel from the laboratory system, staffing, incentive mechanism, etc.
