比较中 西医学认知方法之异同

Comparison of the Similarities and Differences Between Chinese and Western Medical Methods of Cognitive

从医学方法论的角度探讨中西医学不同的观察法,不同的实践过程,不同的哲学基础,不同的逻辑思维,以及不同的系统观。认为:中医主要采用直接观察人体的方法,而西医主要借助于仪器间接观察人体;中医注重整体宏观的哲学思辨,而西医强调部分还原方法。只有改变传统发展模式,用科学发展观指导当代中医学理论体系的构建,才能实现传统的中医学向现代医学的过渡。

The difference of observation method, practice process, philosophy foundation, logic thought model and system view between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine have been studied from the viewpoint of medical methodology.It is considered that Traditional Chinese Medicine mainly deploy method of direct observation human body while Western Medicine mainly draw assistance from instrument to indirect observation human body ; philosophy thinking of wholism is stressed on Traditional Chinese Medicine while part reduction methods on Western Medicine .Only if change traditional the model of development , guide construction of contemporary TCM＇ s theory system from scientific development view, implement transition orthodox Traditional Chinese Medicine to modern medicine.
