摘要
目的:用HPLC法测定不同大小丹蓝微丸中丹皮酚的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为1.000mL·min-1,检测波长为274nm。结果:丹皮酚在0.8128-4.064μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(R2=0.9998);加样回收率为97.24%(RSD=1.95%)。结论:该法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于丹蓝微丸中丹皮酚的含量测定,随着微丸直径的减小,丹皮酚的含量有一定增加。
Objective:Determination of paeonol in Danlan Pellets of different sizes byhPLC.Methods:AnhPLC test was performed using Agilent TC-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) as column,methanol-water (65∶35)as mobile phase,with the flow rate set 1.000mL·min-1,detection wavelength at 274nm.Results:The linear range was 0.8128-4.064μg(R2=0.9998).The average recovery was 97.24%(RSD=1.95%). Conclusions:This method is rapid,accurate,and reproducible,which can be used to determine the content of paeonol in Danlan Pellets .With sizes of
pellets decrease, contents of paeonol increase.
