化瘀通脉注射液对血瘀型充血性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响

Clinical Efficacy of HYTM Injection in Treatment of Blood Stasis Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

采用随机单盲、对照方法,开展化瘀通脉注射液治疗血瘀型充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床研究。65例中医辨证为血瘀型CHF患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组38例,对照组27例,观察组静点化瘀通脉注射液(250mL/次,日1次),对照组仅给予与观察组相同的西药治疗,疗程为两周,观察两组患者的心功能分级和生活质量的变化。结果显示:化瘀通脉注射液的心功能疗效总有效率为92.1%,生活质量较治疗前明显改善,以上指标与对照组比较有统计学意义。

Sixty-five cases of blood stasis CHF patients were allocated randomly into treatment group and control group38 patients as HYTM-treated group and the others as control group. The general therapy was given to both two groups. The patients of HYTM-treated group were given the HYTM injection 250mL once a;time every day in 14days in vein, and the patients of the control group were only given the same medicine except HYTM injection.The grade of heart function and life quality score were recorded before and after treatment. The results showed that the improvement rate of he grade of heart function in the treatment group are up to 92.1% and the life quality score were markedly improved respectively; The difference between the 2 groups were statistically significant （P〈0.01）.
