枳术宽中胶囊治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Zhizhu-kuanzhong Capsule in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的:观察枳术宽中胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:符合西医功能性消化不良RomeⅢ诊断标准,同时按中医辨证分型属肝郁脾虚的患者120例,随机均分为两组。治疗组给予枳术宽中胶囊3粒(0.43g/粒),每天3次;对照组给予多潘立酮片10mg,每天3次,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组总有效率(P<0.05),4周末两组患者在上腹胀、上腹痛、早饱等方面均有明显改善,但治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:枳术宽中胶囊治疗功能性消化不良具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhizhu-kuanzhong capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods： 120 cases, diagnosised by functional dyspepsia Western Rome Ⅲcriteria, were the dialectical type of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency according to Chinese medicine, and were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were given 3 Zhizhu-kuanzhong capsules （0.43g/ capsule）, three times daily; the control group were given Domperidone tablets 10mg, 3 times daily, the course of the two groups was 4 weeks. Resuhs： The total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）.At the end of the four weeks, the two groups patients＇ symptoms in abdominal distension, upper abdominal pain, early satiety, were improved; but the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Zhizhu-kuanzhong capsule could cure functional dyspepsia effictively.
