益气温阳汤治疗肿瘤化疗引起白细胞减少临床研究

Clinical Research of Yiqiwenyang Decoction Treatment of Chemotherapy-Induced Leucopenia

目的:观察益气温阳汤治疗消化道肿瘤化疗引起白细胞减少的疗效。方法:将137例患者随机分为治疗组67例和对照组70例,治疗组服用益气温阳汤,对照组口服利可君,治疗3周后,观察外周血白细胞变化。结果:治疗组:痊愈51例,有效13例,总有效率95.5%;对照组:痊愈44例,有效12例,总有效率80.0%。结论:采用益气温阳汤治疗消化道肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少具有较好疗效。

Objective ： To observe therapeutica＇ effect of the digestive tract cancer Yiqiwenyang Decoction on chemotherapy-induced leukopenia. Method： 137 patients were randomly assigned to treatment group （67 cases） and control group （70 cases）. Treatment group was given Yiqiwenyang Decoction, and the control group was treated with Li Ke-jun. Changes in peripheral white blood cells were observed 3 weeks after treatment. Restult： Treatment group： 51 cases cured, effective in 13 cases, total effective rate was 95.5%, control group： 44 eases cured, effective in 12 cases, total effective rate was 80.0%. Conclusion： Treatment of gastrointestinal tumors with Yiqiwenyang Decoction on chemotherapy-indaced leukopenia has a better effect.
