Traction Combination with Manual Massage for Treating Lumbar Discherniation

目的:评价牵引配合手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果,并与单纯牵引治疗相比较。方法:对156例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为牵引配合手法推拿治疗组(治疗组)和单纯牵引治疗组(对照组),腰椎牵引采用Fowler体位。在腰椎牵引的基础上配合推拿治疗,治疗前后进行测评并对其评测结果进行比较分析。结果:治疗前两组腰椎功能评分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分分值差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),牵引配合手法推拿腰椎功能改善优于单纯牵引治疗,两组治疗后评分均与其疗效评分值差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:牵引配合手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症较单纯牵引治疗效果较好,且疗程短。

Objective：For evaluating the clinic curative effect of Traction combination with Manual Massage for treating Lumbar discherniation and comparing it with the treatment way of Simple Traction treatment.Method：156 cases patients team who suffer from Lumbar discherniation are randomLy divided into the treatment group who will be treated by the way of Traction Combination with Manual Massage and the control group who will be cured by the way of Simple Traction treatment,Lumbar Traction adopts Fowler posture.With the way-Lumbar Traction companies with Manual Massage for treatment,make eveluation and compare the eveluation result before and after the treatment.Resuh： There are no outstanding significance（P〉0.05） for Lumbar function of score difference before treatment in the two groups while there are notable significance（P〈0.01） for it after that, compare the effect each other only find that the way used in the treatment grouphashigher clinic cured significan for lumbar Functional improvement, and the discrepancy of Score and efficacy scorehas notable significance（P〈0.01） in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion： The way - Traction Combination with Manual Massage for treating Lumbar discherniationhas more treatment effect in contrast to Simple Traction treatmen and alsohas a short course of treatment.
