摘要
显示观察心脏传导系形态的方法很多,可归纳为两大类:一类是用解剖器械解剖,用肉眼直接观察心传导系,称大体解剖法;另一类是辅以化学药品染色以显示心传导系,称辅以染色法。采用这两种方法通过对动物心脏进行对比试验观察,结果发现大体解剖法主要适用于显示动物心脏传导系中的窦房结、房室结和房室束及左、右束支的部分分支,通过分离修整,显示出心传导系。辅以染色法主要适用于显示动物心脏传导系中的房室束,浦金野氏纤维,并且在实验中,发现不同的动物心脏和相同的动物不同个体的心脏的浦金野氏纤维也不一样,有的很明显,在室中膈心内膜下可用肉眼看到呈网状,有的不很明显,必须用辅以染色才能显示出来。
There are many methods to expose the conductive system of heart.It can be categorized into: Gross anatomic method which the direct observation ofheart was applied assisted by using operation instruments.And dye-assistant method which showed the conductive system by assisted using chemical dyes.In our study, the two methods were employed to compare the differences in animal heart anatomy.The results showed that gross anatomic method is suitable for exposure of AV node, SA node and major branches of conductive system.After separating and trimming the tissues, the conductive was exposed.While the dye-assistant method is suitable for display the Purkinje fiber and other minor branches.Interestingly, the conductive system of different kind of animals or different individuals of same kind of animal shows a great diversity.Some are quite obvious while others almost invisible until the dye-assistant method was employed.
