应用三金属平衡关系式对全泥氰化炭浆厂进行技术管理

提出了三金属平衡关系式的新概念。在一个氰化炭浆厂内，某一技术指标出现问题，均可反映到三金属平衡关系式上。通过正演推导可给出某一指标变化引起三金属平衡关系的变化结果；在实际生产中，三金属平衡关系式可从生产报表上计算确定。从而根据该三金属平衡关系反过来判断该月选厂的技术管理质量，推断存在技术问题的具体环节。该方法的正确应用可使炭浆厂的技术管理水平跃上新台阶。

A new concept of 3 stage metal equilibrium relation is put forward in this paper.Once a certain technical quota has gone wrong,inevitably it will reflect in the 3 stage metal equilibrium relation.Through deduction and derivation,the result of the change of this relation caused by the change of a certain quota would be given.Actually this relation can be calculated and determined in the report form of production,thus the quality of technical management of the CIP plant can be concluded and the concrete technical problem can be deduced based on the change of this relation.The correct application of this method can get the technical management level of the CIP plant raised.
