创面灵治疗糖尿病足30例临床疗效观察及护理体会

Treatment and nursing observation of 30 cases diabetes feet treating with Chuangmianling.

目的:观察创面灵治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ级糖尿病足伤口的临床疗效。方法:将54例Ⅱ、Ⅲ级糖尿病足病人随机分成两组,两组均予以控制血糖、抗生素治疗及局部清创治疗,治疗组30例在此基础上予以创面灵湿敷治疗。对照组24例予以雷佛努尔湿敷,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:创面灵湿敷组有效率达86.67%,雷佛努尔湿敷组达66.67%。结论:创面灵湿敷治疗糖尿病足有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To investigate the features of treatment and nursing of II.III grade diabetes feet by ehuang mian ling. Methods ：54 cases of II,III grade diabetes feet were randomly divided into two groups, two groups on the basis of eontrelling blood glucose level, antibiotic therapy and regional debridement observation group（ n = 30） local application of wet compress with Chuangmianling and control group（ n = 24） wet compress with Ethaeridine lactate solution. Their curative effects were observed. Results：In observation group and control group, the effectuate rates of feet lesion were 86.6% and 66.6% respectively. Conclusion：Treating diabetic feet by chuang mian ling have efficacy in treatment diabetes feet.
