腹腔镜辅助下近端胃癌根治术的手术配合

Operative coordnation of radical operation for carcinoma of stomach under laparoscope.

目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助下近端胃癌根治术的手术配合方法,提高手术配合质量。方法:针对我院2007年8月～2009年4月进行的10例腹腔镜辅助下近端胃癌根治术的配合进行总结。结果:全部病例手术过程顺利,术后手术效果好。结论:手术精细,技术含量高,手术护士与医师密切配合是手术顺利进行的重要保证。腹腔镜辅助下近端胃癌根治手术视野清晰,具备创伤小、出血少、手术安全、恢复快等优点。
