急诊科护士工作倦怠水平的调查分析

Investigation and analysis a tired level of nurse in department of emergency.

目的:调查目前我院急诊科护士工作倦怠现状及特点。方法:以问卷调查方式向我院74名急诊科护士及296名其他临床科室执业在岗护士发放问卷。结果:急诊科护士确有较大比例经历不同程度和层次的工作倦怠。急诊科护士在情感耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感降低3个维度上的得分均高于其他临床科室护士,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科护士工作倦怠的现状不容乐观,在预防和矫治工作倦怠的问题上需采取一系列措施来改变这种现状。

Objective：To investigate nurse works tired present situation and the characteristic in emergency. Methods：Protects the clinical administrative ofrices disciple of a master by the questionnaire survey way to my courtyard 74 emergency medical treatment nurse 296 other to provide the questionnaire in the hillock nurse. Results ：The emergency medical treatment nurse really has the great proportion experience varying degree and the level work was tired. The emergency medical treatment nurses wan higher than other clinical nurses in each dimension score （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Emergency medical treatment nurse works the tired present situation to be unoptimistic, and governs in the work tired question in the prevention to have to take aseries of measures to change this kind of present situation.
