摘要
研究了在表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,盐酸介质中,新显色剂3,5-二溴-4-氨基苯基荧光酮(DBAPF)与钼(Ⅵ)的分光光度性质及反应条件,其最大吸收波长λmax=530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=130×105,检测钼(Ⅵ)范围为0~036μg/ml,符合比尔定律,相关系数r=09995。试验了十多种离子的干扰情况,用连续变化法和饱和法测定了该络合物的络合比,在CTMAB存在下,Mo(Ⅵ):DBAPF=1∶2。由此,建立了分光光度法测定微量钼的高灵敏度,较高选择性的新方法。并成功应用于低合金钢样品中钼的测定,结果满意。
A highly sensitive color reaction of molybdenum(Ⅵ)-3,5-dibromo-4-amino) phenylfluorone (DBAPF)-CTMAB surfactants has been investigated spectrophotometrically. The color reaction of Mo(Ⅵ) with DBAPF in the medium of 0 16 - 0 5 mol/L hydrochloric acid has been studied. The molar absorptivity of the complex is 1 30×10 5 L\5mol -1 cm -1 at 530nm in 0 32mol/L HCl solution Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-0.36μg/ml for Mo.Most other metal ions do not interfere.This method has been used directly for the determination of Mo(Ⅵ) in steel with satisfactory results.
