微胶囊悬浮液浓度测定方法的研究 被引量:6

摘要 微胶囊悬浮液中微粒"浓度"的确定是相关研究中较为困难的.本文采用实验测定的方法对海藻酸钙-几丁聚糖微胶囊悬浮液的"浓度"进行了测定.分别试验了用显微镜计数仪和激光粒度分析仪测定微胶囊悬浮液的"浓度",并对两种方法进行了比较.结果表明,利用激光粒度分析仪测定的结果较为合理. Determining"concentration" of the precipitate of the suspension microcapsules is, comparatively speaking, a difficult thing in the study of this and relevant fields. Using two experiment methods,determines the concentration of the suspension of alginate-ehitosan microcapsules one in which the microscopic count was used and the other with a mastersizer. This paper also made a comparison between these two methods of determination. According to the result of research, the experimental result using the determination method of mastersizer is more reasonable.
