摘要
非战争军事行动是我军多样化任务的重要内容，运输保障尤其是战术运输保障对于完成多样化任务具有重要的支撑作用。分析非战争军事行动战术运输保障特点，探讨对战术运输保障的基本要求，以及组织战术运输保障的主要对策，对于指导部队完成非战争军事行动运输保障任务具有理论价值和实践意义。
Non- war military operations is on important content in the multiple military missions, and transportation services, especially tactical transportation service has vital supporting function in accomplishing multiple military missions. This paper analyzes the characteristics of tactical transportation services, discusses its basic requirements and main countermeasures of organizing tactical transportation services. It has a better academic value and practical meaning for guiding troops to conduct non -war military operation transportation services.
