摘要
建立了双横臂扭杆弹簧悬架的受力模型,通过对模型的分析求解,确定了作用于扭杆上的力和扭矩,并推导出了扭杆的线刚度以及悬架系统的转换线刚度的计算公式。最后通过某越野车的实例计算分析得出了扭杆及悬架的刚度随转角的关系曲线。
The force mode of double wishbone independent suspension with torsion bar is established, calculation method of the force and torque loaded on torsion bar are determined by analysis of the mode, then formulas of torsion bar line stiffness and suspension conversion stiffness are built. At last, the stiffness curve of the torsion bar and suspension is gained by the calculation and analysis of a certain cross - country vihicle.
