摘要
在充分论证聚丙烯塑料捆扎带替代物——易回收纸质捆扎带应用的可行性基础上,通过单因素及正交实验法,研究了易回收纸质捆扎带的粘结方法与工艺,其结果表明:采用9201E型热熔胶,每个粘结点使用胶量为0.05 g;在140℃温度下热熔,经90 N压力及4 s的保压粘结,其强度达到292.717 N,超过200 N的国家标准。为环保型捆钞机的设计与研制提供了有效的技术保障。
The feasibility of the application of easy recovery paper banding strip for substitution of polypropylene plastic tape was discussed. The bonding methods and techniques of easy recovery paper banding strip were developed with single factor and orthogonal experimental method. The results showed that using 9201E hot melt adhesive, with 0.05 g at each point, at 140 ~C temperature hot-melt, and with 4 s by 90 N pressure bonding, the strength reached 292. 717 N, which exceeded the national standard 200 N. The purpose was to provide support for development of environmentally-friendly banknote binder.
