票据印刷号码定位识别技术研究

Study on Note Number Orientation Recognition Technique

针对定额发票印刷特点,对图像进行相应的预处理,根据票面的特征,设计了票据号码定位算法,截取票据号码,提取号码像素的灰度信息作为特征对号码进行识别。实验证明,该方法有效且可行。

The image of note was pretreated according to the characteristic of note printing. Note number orien tation arithmetic was designed based on the character of note. The note number area was cut, the gray informa tion of number image＇s pixel was distilled, and number was recognized according to the character of gray infor marion. Experimental results showed that this method is effective and feasible.
