摘要
弹齿式收膜机是目前机械收膜的有效机具之一,而集膜机构是影响收膜机收膜率的主要工作部件之一。为此,针对该收膜机的集膜机构,通过改变集膜轨迹对集膜机构进行改进,并应用软件Pro/E进行实体建模优化设计,运动仿真,为进一步研究地膜回收机械提供依据,并为实际生产打下基础。
The spring - tooth collection plastic mulch machine is one of the effective used plastic film machines at present, while the film gathered devices is one of the main job department of it, which can make affect to the collection rate. In this paper, according to the film gathered device of this machine, improving the device by changed film gathered track and device; and used Pro/E to carry on solid modeling, optimal designing, motion simulation which provide a basis for next study and lay the foundation for the actual production.
