摘要
摘穗装置是玉米收获机械完成摘穗作业的核心装置,其工作的好坏直接影响整机作业质量。为此,通过对玉米在割台中的运动状态的研究,找出拨禾链速度、机器前进速度、摘穗辊间隙等因素对摘穗辊工作长度的影响,从理论上推导摘穗辊工作长度的计算公式,具有现实的指导意义。
Picking device is the most important device in picking task of the corn harvester, the status of the picking device can affect picking quality of the whole machine. By studying the motion of corns in picking rollers, the relationship between the length of rolls and the speed of the machine, the speed of chain for transporting the corns, the interval between two rollers can be found. Expressions of rollers can be calculated theoretically. It can be used to direct design of harvester.
