摘要
针对锤片式粉碎机工作中能耗大、粉碎效率低以及粉碎物粒度不均匀等问题,提出采用梯形筛片构成异型粉碎室的方法,用于提高粉碎机的工作性能。在理论上,应用气固两相流分析物料在粉碎室内的运动,并在此基础上进行试验研究,寻找出其相应的运动规律。试验证明,异型粉碎室能有效地改善粉碎性能。
According to lower production, higher consumption of energy and particle inhomogeneity of hammer mill, the special type grinding chamber that is made up of trapezium screen is proposed. The movement of materials in the special type grinding chamber is analysed by the theory of gas - solid . Then grinding experiment based on certain method is conducted. And the law that materials move in the grinding chamber is obtained . The results show, the special grinding chamber made up of trapezium screen can improve grinding capability.
