新型玉米剥皮机的研究设计

Research and Design of a New Corn Husker

针对当前我国玉米剥皮作业的现状和玉米剥皮机的应用情况以及存在的问题,设计了一种新型场上作业玉米剥皮机。对新型玉米剥皮机的总体结构、工艺流程和工作原理进行了细致研究;对关键部件尤其是剥皮辊的形状和排列形式进行了创新设计;对剥皮辊、压送器的结构参数及运动参数的确定进行了大量实验。与目前国内广泛使用的玉米剥皮机相比,新型玉米剥皮机在先进性、安全性和易维护性等方面有了长足的进步。

According with the corn husker＇s application in our country at present time and its problem found in the working time, the author has designed a new type corn husker which is used at the husking spot. The author analysed the whole machine structure of the husker,the husking process and the operation principle of the husker;The author also designed the new husking rollers with a new shape and arranging method which is the key parts of the husker. The author makes lots of experiment to confirm the structure and moving parameter of the husking roller. Comparative the other corn husker which is used widely in our country now,this new type corn husker is more advanced,safer for using and much easier for repair.
