摘要
在分析青毛豆剥壳机理的基础上,设计出一种全自动青毛豆剥壳机,并对关键部件—送料装置和轧辊的设计参数进行分析计算,得到了相应参数的理论计算模型。根据关键参数的理论计算结果,制作了产品样机,并利用新鲜毛豆进行了多次剥壳试验,同时对试验数据进行统计分析。试验结果表明,剥豆成功率稳定在90%以上,毛豆破损率稳定在5%以下。
The green soy bean shelling principl parameters of key parts, equipment of handling Le is studied in depth, and an automatic huller is developed. The design material and roller, are analyzed. Their calculation models are obtained. The sample machine is designed and manufactured according to the analyzing results. The shelling effect is tested. The statistics results show that the success rate of shelling is more than 90% and the disrepair rate of bean is less than 5%.
