摘要
利用由计算机控制触发时刻的脉冲光源进行照明,用数码相机在自制的实验装置上拍摄乙醇柴油的喷雾图像,并应用计算机图像处理技术对采集到的喷雾图像进行处理。试验结果表明:随着乙醇掺入比例的增加,喷雾的贯穿距略有减小,喷雾锥角增大;不同比例乙醇柴油的喷雾特性随喷油嘴启阀压力和喷油泵转速的改变而有所差异。
With illumination by a computer timing triggered pulsing lamp - house, the spray photos were captured by digital camera at the self - made equipment. These photos were processed by computer image technology. The results indicated that the spray penetration decreased slightly and the spray angle increased with the increase of ethanol proportion in the blends. There were some differences in spray performances for different open pressures of injector and revolution speeds of pump supplied with different proportions of ethanol - diesel blends.
