摘要 以地理信息系统作为数据来源,将混合遗传算法引入到农村电网变电站规划中。在考虑已有变电站的基础上,对规划水平年新建变电站的选址定容问题进行了研究。经过改进的变电站规划模型和算法适应度函数,能够根据供电区域内的负荷密度动态映射出变电站的合理供电半径约束取值,更适合于农村电网变电站规划。该算法在确定规划水平年新建站方案和划分所有变电站供电区域的同时,通过在染色体编码中计入已有站和控制染色体中已有站基因不参与算法部分环节的方式,给出了已有站的增容方案。算例表明,该模型和算法能较好地解决农村电网变电站规划问题,满足县(市)级电网变电站规划的需求。 This paper takes the Geographical Information System as data source and introduces the LA - GA Algorithm in- to substation planning for rural power system to study the substation locating and sizing with considering the existing substations. It refines the model and fitness function of algorithm by setting the power supply radius constraint according to load density in the supply area of substation, which suits better to substation locating and sizing of rural distribution net- work. Meanwhile the refined algorithm gives the power capacity expansion scheme by controlling the operation of the gene new added for existing substations in chromosome in the flow chart of algorithm. The results demonstrate that this refined model and algorithm can solve well the problem of optimal planning of distribution substation for rural power system and satisfy the requirement of substation planning in county company of electric power supply.
