摘要 "研发制造电脑卖给集成商,由集成商卖给最终用户,这是研华的核心模式。" Starting with industrial computers, Advantech has gradually expanded its product lines to cover various sectors and areas including transportation, medicine, e-life and outdoor advertising, and has won the largest global market share. Since its founding over 20 years ago, the company has been enjoying an above-40% margin for its products and has never suffered a loss despite economic ups and downs, not even in the 2008-09 economic crisis. How does such a company develop its strategy and carry out management work? Taking the bi-annual Advantech global partner conference in Suzhou as an opportunity, Sino-manager had an interview with Mr. K.C. Liu, founder and Chairman of Advantech.
