在星云说和牛顿力学的基础上指出:天体在形成的过程中,自然含有产生公转、自转运动的机制.由此,可以解释许多天文疑难现象,诸如:金星、天王星自转逆行;某些卫星系统的外围卫星公转逆行;太阳系内彗星在空间的分布规律;以及星系旋臂的形成.文章还预言:双星互绕轴在空间没有一致的取向.
Based on the theory of the nebula hypothesis and the Newton's mechanics, this paper points out that the celestial bodies can get rotating and revolving naturally during the proccss of their gradual formation, from which many knotty phenomena in astronomy can be explained, such as the reverse rotation of the Venus and the Uranus, the reverse revoution of the peripheral satellites of some satellite systems, the distributive regularity of the comets in the solar system, and the forming of the galaxy spiral arms. Similarly, it is predicted that the axis of double star can point to the directions out of accord with each other in space.
