摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下,以培养人为主要对象的高等教育受到了应有的挑战,高校办公室人员及其工作也在受着新思潮的冲击,并且还赋予了新的要求和使命。针对此情况,有必要对办公室工作的作用、地位、要求、特点进行再认识。
Under social market economy,higher education,whose major function is to cultivate professionals,faces challenges,office staffs in universities and their work also met with challenges.In view of this,the author thinks that it is necessary to reunderstand the role,position,requirements and characteristics of the office work.
