外汇储备是一种国际清偿能力,是一国可以自由支配的储备资产。改革开放以来,我国外汇储备总的呈增长态势。维持适度的外汇储备,可对我国国民经济起到深刻的积极影响,储备过多过少都会带来负面影响。我国外汇储备应维持适当水平,才能促进经济内外均衡,良性发展。
Foreign exchange reserves (PER) is a means of settling international clcbls.FER is one kind of reserve assets which can be freely budgeted by the counlry.Since reform and opening up,FER in our country has been increasing.Maintaining certain amount of FER lias deep and active influence on our national economy.Too much or loo little FER will have bad effect.In our country,certain amount of FER should be maintained so as to promote the balance and stable development of economy.
