摘要
结合国内资源优势,研究了用少量Mo、微量V、B、Re进行复微合金化,对14SiMn3型贝氏体高强钢的力学性能影响.结果表明:复微合金化可显著提高其空冷状态的韧性,明显改善低温韧性,并可显著提高回火抗力和高温回火后的强度.
In combination with the advantages of domestic natural resources,multimicroalloying has been studied by means of a little Mo,trace V,B and Re,which influences mechanical properties of 14SiMn3 type bainite high strength steels.The results show that multimicroalloying can remarkably increase the toughness at aircooling condition,improve low temperature toughness,raise tempering resistance and intensity after high tempering.
