摘要
以硅锰弹簧钢为例,研究了几种保护材料对其在加热时脱碳的保护作用.结果表明:当采用耐火泥与碳粉(比例为10:6)制成的溶液,涂于钢表面可较明显地减少加热时产生的脱碳,同时易于轧制后的去除,提高了高硅钢的使用性能.
Take silicon-manganese spring steel for example,the author has studied several protective coating materials,which can protect its decarbonization when siliconmanganese spring steel is heated.The results show that the decarbonization can be comparatively obviously reduced with aqueous solution made up of refractory cement and powdered carbon (the solution proportion is 10:6) on the steel surface when the steel is heated,that the protective coating materials can be easily removed from the steel surface and improve the properties of high-silicon steel.
