摘要
项目从商业营销和消费者心理的需求出发,通过人行坡道和螺旋天街的独特设计,对多层商业建筑的竖向步行体系进行了全新组织,将由"层"所造成的人为竖向分割感进行自然消解,提升了2层以上商业铺面的市场价值;同时,设计配合科学的业态组合,以超前的环境营造与细腻的细节设计,对体验式商业消费模式进行了精雕细刻的诠释。
From angle of the requirements of commercial marketing and consumers' psychology, the project designer organizes an entirely new vertical pedestrian system in multistory commercial building-sloping walkway and spiral ramping street, removing the artificial vertical division by "floor", it raises the market value to the full for commercial stores located on the two floors up. Coordinated with the rational composition of business pattern, the designer gives the experiential consumption panern a meticulous interpretation by futuristic ambience construction with delicate detail design.
