摘要
讨论了通过还原氮化法合成氮化铁磁粉过程中的几个重要影晌因素,实验发现可以通过控制过量NaOH浓度和Fe(OH)2浓度来控制α-FeOOH粒子的粒度,从而来控制γ′-Fe4N磁粉的粒度和磁性能。可以通过控制氢气与氨气比例来控制γ′-Fe4N磁粉的百分含量。
Abstract Several important
influencing factors about iron nitride magnetic powwder in the reducing-nitriding process are
discussed.It was detected that the mean particle size and magetic property of γ'-Fe 4N magnetic
powder can be cotrolled by ruling the mean particle size of α-FeOOH.The percentage of γ'-Fe 4N
magnetic powder can controlled by the ratio of hydrogen and ammonia.
