摘要
The Palace-and-garden Sites of the Nanyue State:Report on the Archaeological Excavation there in 1995 and 1997 contains mainly the unearthed data from the Fanchi Pool-site and the Winding Stone Channel-site of the Nanyue State. Based on the excavation of these vestiges and in the light of related archaeological work in this area and its vicinity, the book makes researches on the whole royal palace-complex site and even the capital-site of the Nanyue State as to their location, scope, shape and layout, and puts forward a reasonable thesis on these important academic problems. It is a work systematic, complete, distinct and temporally-and-spatially exact in the description of the archaeological data, strict and deep-going in research, and believable in the dating and nature determination of the excavated sites and unearthed objects.
