摘要
目的有研究显示鲑鱼降钙素的活性是人降钙素的40~50倍,本研究是应用鲑鱼降钙素注射治疗各种原因引起的骨痛,以观察其镇痛疗效和安全性。方法给予鲑鱼降钙素50IU皮下注射,每天1次,2周后50IU,隔日1次注射,共4周,期间每周复诊1次,记录疼痛强度,并观察不良反应。结果90例患者治疗前均有中度以上疼痛,其疼痛强度为6.57±1.52,用药2周后疼痛明显好转,其强度下降为1.25±1.15,治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0.001)。疼痛完全缓解率达37例(41.1%),明显缓解率为30例(33.3%),中度缓解率为18例(20%),无效5例(6.6%)。其主要不良反应是轻度恶心11例(12.2%),继续用药后消失。结论鲑鱼降钙素能够迅速缓解各种原因引起的骨痛,安全性良好。
Objective Studies indicate bioavailability the biological activity of salmon calcitonin to be 40-50 times that of than human calcitonin. Our study investigates clinical efficacy and safety security of salmon calcitonin injections in treating bone pain. Methods Patients were administered 50IU salmon calcitonin subcutaneous injections once daily, after 2 weeks of treatment adjusted to 50IU once every other day for a total of 4 weeks. Patients were followed up at least once a week during this period to carefully observe the bone pain degree and adversity incidence.Results 90 patients with medium severity bone pain VAS 6.57 ± 1.52 were recruited, after treatment for 2 weeks, pain intensity was reduced to 1.25 ± 1.15 P 〈 0.001. Complete pain relief was experienced in 37 cases (41.1% ), obvious analgesic relief 30 cases ( 33.3 % ) , medium relief 18 cases ( 20 % ), uneffeetive 5 cases(6.6 % ). Adverse events included mild nausea, 11 cases ( 12.2 % ), which were relieved with continuous use. Conclusion Salmon calcitonin can relieve bone pain of various causation effectively and safely.
