肝组织转化生长因子β_1与肝纤维化的关系研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在160例慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化的表达情况,探讨其与肝纤维化的关系。方法对160例乙型肝炎患者肝组织TGF-β1行免疫组化定量分析,并与肝脏纤维化分期进行统计学分析。结果肝组织TGF-β1随肝脏纤维化加重而表达增加,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝组织TGF-β1与肝纤维化呈正相关,在一定程度上可利于判断预后,同时也为今后以其为靶点的肝纤维化治疗提供理论依据。
