口腔颌面部重度创伤425例治疗回顾分析

Treatment of 425 cases of severe oral and maxillofacial trauma

目的：探讨口腔颌面部重度创伤的治疗方法。方法：收集19872008年425例重度创伤病例从损伤的原因、类型、部位、合并伤及手术治疗方法进行回顾性总结分析。结果：致伤原因最多为交通事故,高峰年龄组为1835岁,唇颊软组织伤及下颌骨骨损伤最多。结论：提倡早期一次性清创缝合术,骨组织伤行开放坚固内固定术。

Objective：To investigate the treatment methods of severe oral and maxillofacial trauma.Methods：The trauma causes,types,sites,associated injuries,and surgical treatment methods of 425 cases of severe oral and maxillofacial trauma from 1987 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Traffic accident was the first trauma cause.The peak of trauma age was 18 to 35 years old.The most common sites were lip,cheek and mandibular bones.Conclusion：It is advocated to perform debridement and suture at one time in early stage of trauma.Internal fixation should be used for bone injuries.
