强直性脊柱炎并发肺结核误诊原因分析 被引量：3

摘要 近年来随着对强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)认识的提高,其脊柱外肺表现也逐渐引起临床的重视,尤其是肺内表现易与肺结核相混淆。
