嵌合型溶瘤腺病毒对白血病细胞体外净化作用的研究
摘要
近年来，高剂量化疗联合自体造血干细胞移植（HDC＋AHSCT）治疗血液系统恶性肿瘤取得了较好的疗效。但移植物中残留的肿瘤细胞是导致肿瘤复发的主要因素之一。因此，移植前移植物有效的体外净化显得尤为重要。我们利用溶瘤腺病毒具有选择性感染并杀伤肿瘤细胞的特性，选择一种新型5型和35型纤毛嵌合的溶瘤腺病毒SG235进行体外模拟净化造血干细胞的实验研究，现报告如下。
