摘要
目的探讨活力碘治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果。方法2007年1月-2009年2月对28例(37处)Ⅱ期压疮患者随机分为两组,观察组给予涂擦活力碘,每2h涂1次,对照组给予涂抹湿润烧伤膏,每天2次,观察两组患者治疗第5d、第7d的治疗效果。结果活力碘治疗Ⅱ期压疮效果优于湿润烧伤膏,两组比较,P〈0.001,差异具有统计学意义。结论活力碘治疗Ⅱ期压疮比湿润烧伤膏治疗效果好,值得临床推广应用。
A novel Cu matrix composite reinforced by MoSi2 intermetallie was developed by hot pressing sintering method. The microstructure, mechanical properties and conductive properties of the Cu matrix composite were investigated. The results indicate that MoSi2 is an effective reinforcement for Cu and the MoSi2/Cu composite exhibit good stability. MoSi2 can effectively restrain growth of grains of Cu matrix during sintering. With the increase of MoSi2 content, density and conductivity of the composite decrease, and its hardness and tensile strength increase first and then decrease. The composite with 2% MoSi2 exhibits the optimal combination of performance with relative density of 97.44% and conductivity of 68% IACS. Hardness and tensile strength of the composite with 2% MoSi2 are 142HV and 355MPa, respectively. Its tensile strength is twice of the pure Cu sintered at the same preparation condition.
