益气养阴活血利水法治疗单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变临床研究

Observation on Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Lishui method of treating diabetic retinopathy of qi and yin deficiency and blood obstruction type

目的通过与导升明片的比较,观察与评价益气养阴活血利水法治疗气阴两虚、血络瘀阻证早期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法将合格受试对象40例按就诊先后随机分成益气养阴活血利水中药治疗组和导升明组(各20例,分别观察32和34只患眼),分别予以中药汤剂和导升明口服,30天为1个疗程,连续用3个疗程,观察治疗前后各组相关体征及中医证候的改善情况,并评价临床疗效。结果治疗前后相比,中药治疗组和导升明组均能显著改善患者视力,差异有统计学意义;在视力、眼底、荧光素眼底血管造影及综合疗效方面两组总有效率均在80%以上,两组组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医证候疗效相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药组能明显改善中医证候。结论中药组和导升明组均能明显改善糖尿病视网膜病变气阴两虚、血络瘀阻证患者的视力、眼底;益气养阴活血利水法能明显改善中医证候。

OBJECTIVE To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Mingmu Decoction in treating pure diabetic retinopathy of the qi and yin deficiency and blood obstruction type by comparing with Doxium. METHODS Forty patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=32） and the control group （n=34）. The treatment group was given Chinese crude drug while the control group was given Doxium,30 days as a treatment course. Three courses later,the related physical appearance and the syndrome changes were observed,and clinical curative effects were evaluated. RESULTS Compared before and after the treatment,both Chinese crude drug and Doxium could remarkably improve sufferers＇ vision,and the ameliorative extent had statistic meaning. The effective rates of both groups on the aspects of vision,eye fundus,FFA,and comprehensive curative effects were above 80%. There was no remarkable difference between the two groups （P0.05）. But the difference between the curative effects on syndromes of the two groups was remarkable （P0.05）. Chinese crude drug could obviously improve the symptoms and signs of TCM syndromes. CONCLUSIONS Both Chinese crude drug and Doxium can obviously improve the status of vision,eye fundus,and FFA of patients with the pure di-abetic retinopathy of the qi and yin deficiency and blood obstruction type. Chinese crude drug can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of TCM syndromes. So Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Llishuifa method can be regarded as one of the effective methods of treatment for the pure diabetic retinopathy.
