摘要
年龄相关性黄斑变性是一种发病率与年龄增长呈正比、以中心视力下降为特征的致盲性眼底退行性病变。近年来,中医对其病因病机、诊法、治疗等进行不断的研究,取得了很多有益的经验,本文从以上几方面对中医研究年龄相关性黄斑变性的现状进行介绍。
Age-related macular degeneration （AMD） is a retrograde disease of ocular fundus which can lead to ablepsia with the feature of central visual degression. Its attack rate increases with age. Recently,by constant study of its etiology and pathogenesis,diagnostic methods,syndrome differentiation and treatment,TCM have got much beneficial experience. This article introduced the present status from above mentioned aspects.
