迈之灵联合阿昔洛韦治疗中老年人带状疱疹临床疗效观察

Effects of combination therapy of aescuven forte and aciclovir on herpes zoster in the elderly

目的探讨迈之灵联合阿昔洛韦治疗中老年带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将55岁以上的中老年带状疱疹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组主要给予口服阿昔洛韦治疗，治疗组联合应用迈之灵和阿昔洛韦。每组最终各50例病例完成观察。使用疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估疼痛缓解程度。结果（1）治疗组与对照组比较，止疱时间[（3．6±1．7）d和（3．8±1．5）d]、皮疹结痂时间[（7．2±2．6）d和对照组（7．3±2．2）d]，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；（2）治疗不同时间VAS评分比较，治疗组在治疗第3、4周和第8周时的疼痛缓解程度均较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（Z值分别为-3．073、-3．705、-3．362，均为P〈0．05）；（3）设定皮疹干涸结痂，VAS≤2为基本治愈，治疗组在治疗第3、4周和第8周的治愈率分别为54％、76％、和94％，均高于对照组的30％、46％和78％，差异均有统计学意义（x^2值分别为5．911、9．458、5．316，均为P〈0．05）。结论迈之灵对带状疱疹的治疗于用药第3周时症状明显缓解，并且不影响皮疹愈合进程。

Objective To investigate the effects of combination of aescuven forte and aciclovir on the treatment of herpes zoster in the elderly. Methods The patients over 55 years old with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups of acyclovir as control group, combination of aescuven forte and aciclovir as treatment group （n： 50 respectively）. Visual analogue scale （VAS） was utilized to evaluate the degree of pain. Results （ 1 ） There were no significant differences between treatment group and control group in blister heal time [（3.6 ± 1.7） d vs. （3.8± 1.5） d] and scab time [（7.2±2.6）d vs. （7.3±2.2）d, both P〉0.05]. （2）There were significant differences between the 2 groups in VAS at 3th, 4th and 8th week after treatment. The VASs were lower in treatment group than in control group （Z =- 3. 073, -3. 705 and -3. 362 respectively, all P〈0.05）. （3）More patients were cured at 3th （54%）, 4th （76%） and 8th （94%） week after treatment in treatment group, while were 30%, 46% and 78% in control group （x^2 =5. 911, 9. 458, 5. 316 respectively, all P〈0.05）. Conclusions The effect of aescuven forte on herpes zoster is significant 3 weeks after treatment.
