2D FIESTA序列在股骨头缺血坏死诊断的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨MR 2D FIESTA序列在早期成人股骨头缺血坏死(FHN)诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析18例经手术病理或随访证实的股骨头缺血坏死的2D FIESTA的表现,并与其他常规序列的MR扫描时间进行比较。结果18例中,22髋(双侧受累4例,右侧4例,左侧10例)2D FIESTA出现股骨头坏死"线样征"。"线样征"所包绕病灶区可呈低信号或高低混杂信号。13髋"线样征"内或邻近区显示不同信号的(类)圆形病灶。2D FIESTA的扫描时间仅为T_2WI的7.7%;为T_1WI的12.6%,2D FIESTA的扫描时间比常规MRI扫描时间短(P<0.001)。结论2D FIESTA能清楚提供诊断股骨头坏死的有价值的表现,并且能显著缩短扫描时间。 Objective To study the application value of 2D fast imaging employing steady-state acquisition(FIESTA) in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis (FHN). Methods Eighteen patients with FHN underwent both conventional and 2D FIESTA MRI. The abnormal findings on the 2D FIESTA were described by using the conventional images as guidance. The seaning time difference between 2D FIESTA and conventional MRI of the FHN was compared. Results Of the 18 hips examined, 22 presented "Linear sign" of FHN. There were 4 cases of bilaterally necrosis, 4 cases of necrosis on the right side and 10 cases of necrosis on the left side. The focal region which was encircled by the "linear sign" presented low signal or mixed signal of low and high signals. Thirteen patients had loci with different signal intensity in or near the "linear sign" . The ratio between 2D FIESTA and T2WI as well as T1WI was 7.7% and 12.6% respectively. The seaning time of 2D FIESTA was much shorter than that of the conventional MRS. Conclusions 2D FIESTA can provide valuable information regarding FNH properties. It can greatly shorten the scaning time.
