经尿道膀胱肿瘤超脉冲等离子体双极电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤超脉冲等离子体双极电切术(PKSP+TURBt)治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的临床疗效。方法采用英国Gyrus公司的经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切系统行膀胱肿瘤电切术26例。男性18例,女性8例,年龄(60.3±4.2)(36~81)岁,膀胱侧壁有肿瘤分布者12例。结果PKSP+TURBt手术时间(16.3±13.1)(5~48)min,出血量少,无经尿道电切综合征;12例侧壁肿瘤切除时6例发生闭孔神经反射,1例膀胱穿孔。随访1~21个月,3例复发,2例行PKSP+TURBt,1例改行根治术。结论PKSP+TURBt是一种治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌安全、有效的手术方式。
