Percutaneous endovascular stent angioplasty for the treatment of brachiocephalic vein-superior vena cava obstruction

近年来经皮腔内支架成形术广泛用于头臂-上腔静脉梗阻的治疗,随着介入技术的发展,已成为安全有效且可迅速缓解症状的治疗方法。本文总结经皮腔内支架成形术治疗头臂-上腔静脉梗阻的临床应用现状和疗效评价,展望未来的发展趋势和亟需解决的问题。

With the rapid technical development of interventional radiology,the percutaneous endovascular stent implantation has been increasingly and widely used in treating the obstruction of brachiocephalic vein-superior vena cava.Stent implantation can relieve the obstruction immediately and the technique is safe and effective.This paper aims to summarize the current situation and the clinical practice of this therapy,to evaluate its effectiveness and to make a prospect of the developing trends and the problems need to be solved urgently.
